Certifying the Value of all Categories of Personal Property
“Antique” is a designation used for the age of item. Typically, an item is considered antique once it turns 100 years old. There are exceptions to the 100 year rule, i.e. automobiles. An item that may not be quite 100 years old is considered “vintage”. The ValuePros team has extensive experience in understanding, identifying, and certifying the value of a broad range of antique items including:
Furniture – Rugs – Decorative Art – Collectibles – Crystal – Silverware – Fine China – Coins
A Certified San Francisco Appraisal Report in days
We typically can schedule an onsite appraisal examination within days. The examination entails us gathering digital images and descriptions. If you have documents of origination on your antiques (purchase receipts, restoration receipts, previous appraisal, etc.) this information can be helpful to us and in your best interest since it can assist with identification. Most of our work for you is performed after the examination, in our office. In the office is where we analyze, identify, perform market research, and produce the independent, certified report. The report will describe each piece, reproduce color item images, present the value, and additional information.
