The ValuePros staff is an experienced team of Dade appraisal experts. We have been certifying the value of all categories of antiques since our most senior antique appraiser, Ray Nugent Jr., founded the firm in 1976. We provide onsite antique appraisal service throughout all of Dade County, and surrounding counties.
USPAP COMPLIANT, CERTIFIED APPRAISAL REPORTS
Our certified reports meet all Uniform Standard of Professional Appraisal Practices (USPAP) standards as required by Insurers, Government Agencies, and the Courts. We have no personal interest in your antiques. We are not buyers or dealers of antiques. Our service is to produce a USPAP compliant, certified report that serves as an independent, disinterested valuation. Our reports are used for the following purposes:
- Obtaining Insurance Coverage
- Damage Claim Settlement
- Estate Settlement
- Equitable Distribution among Beneficiaries
- Marital Dissolution
- Charitable Donation
ONSITE DADE APPRAISAL SERVICE
As antique appraisal experts that understand the true value of antiques, we do not recommend handling your antiques like a piece of luggage – loading it in the car and traveling to an appraiser. Our Nugent Family team of experienced antique appraisers are all insured and bonded with general liability insurance and professional liability insurance. We adhere to a strict code of professional ethics and you can be assured your appraisal report and all of our work notes are strictly confidential.
