A Certified Omaha and Lincoln Appraisal Report In Days
Our Omaha/Lincoln appraisal office can typically schedule an onsite appraisal examination within days. The examination entails our professional appraisal examiner gathering digital images and descriptions. We will secure images of any documents of origination you have (purchase receipts, restoration receipts, previous appraisal, etc.) since it will assist with identification and increase value accuracy. Once the examination is completed, the appraisal work continues in our office where we analyze the information, identify the items, perform market comparable research, and produce the independent, USPAP compliant, certified report. The report will describe each piece, reproduce color item images, and present the value.
